Passing of the Torch

CALICO is regrettably saying goodbye to our Board President, Terrance Cheung, who ends his term on December 31st. Terrance has been an exceptional advocate for CALICO, and we are grateful for the many, many friends and resources he has brought our way. As Chief of Staff of the Office of Contra Costa Supervisor John Gioia, Terrance has been actively involved in establishing a new Family Justice Center in Richmond, a passion that he will be focusing on even more in the months and years ahead. We will miss you Terrance!

Starting January 1, 2014, long-term board member Amy Blanchard, Marketing Manager at Cisco Systems, will begin a two-year term as CALICO Board President. Amy has served as the Chair of the Fund Development Committee and has spearheaded several of CALICO's most successful fundraising events ever.
