12th Annual One Child at a Time Benefit
We’re excited to be holding our 12th Annual One Child at a Time Benefit: Picnic in the Park! This wonderful event will be on Saturday, September 24th, in the beautiful Preservation Park in downtown Oakland. The annual fundraiser is CALICO’s signature event and serves as an opportunity to raise awareness and resources for the vital services CALICO provides to abused children and their families.
The One Child at a Time Picnic is a lovely afternoon for friends and family to come together while helping young victims of abuse. The day features something for everyone! Picnic-goers can enjoy live music from Rick Baskin and Friends, join in the acrobatic fun from Circus of Smiles or take pictures in the photo booth. Children can play games, get their faces painted and enjoy the bouncy house. In addition to all the fun entertainment of the day, there will also be fabulous picnic food from the Waffle Roost truck and delicious tacos. If all this doesn’t inspire you to come, click hereto see the fun everyone had at last year’s event!
We will also have tons of raffle prizes you won’t want to miss!* You might leave with tickets to Disneyland, a tour of Dropbox, or an evening driving a Tesla S. Click here to find out how you can buy raffle tickets.
